April 28, 2025 — The MDLBEAST Foundation is proud to announce XCHANGE Doha taking place on Thursday, 1st May 2025 at BIBO, Doha. With the city’s music scene rapidly emerging and holding immense potential for growth, XCHANGE Doha will spotlight the local grassroots talents, creatives, and promoters who are defining a vibrant, homegrown sound.
Hosted in partnership with ONE DAY AT A TIME (ODAAT) and XP Music Futures, XCHANGE Doha invites the community to join an exciting day of connection and discovery. Through dynamic panel discussions, interactive workshops, and an electrifying XP Nite, the event aims to nurture the city's cultural fabric and strengthen the regional music ecosystem.
The day will kick off with the panel Shaping Doha’s Music Narrative, moderated by rapper and artist Saadi Al Suwaidi. Featured speakers include Dimitri Khater, CEO and Founder of Hide and serial entrepreneur; Sahera, a rising force in Doha’s music community; and Joe Abou Rjaili, founder and owner of ODAAT. Together, they will explore the opportunities and challenges facing Doha’s music scene as it evolves.
As the evening unfolds, XP Nite will bring the city's creative energy to the stage. Performances will include sets by Sahera, PartofRana ("Rana"), and Saadi Al Suwaidi, followed by DJ sets from Elio Safetly and Amr H Music, two rising talents closing the night on a high note.
XCHANGE Doha is a catalyst for growth, fostering conversations and collaborations that will shape the future of music in Qatar. As part of the broader XCHANGE workshop series by MDLBEAST Foundation, these gatherings are designed to spark critical dialogue and empower the next generation of artists and industry leaders across the MENA region, paving the way toward the annual XP Music Futures conference in Riyadh by the MDLBEAST Foundation.
